Governance/Boards of Directors
Signature Resources works each year with no less than 20 boards of directors in the financial services, health care and association marketplaces on ongoing Governance consultation. Our typical annual cycle of engagements includes about eight strategic planning sessions; five board assessments, 18 direct governance training and 15 keynote addresses on “High Performance Governance.”

Signature Resources recently completed a full-scale leadership competency benchmark study for a large federal agency.

Breakthrough Improvement and Innovation
A U.S. Treasury Agency used our “Breakthrough Performance” model for its quarterly managers meetings. We addressed nine process improvement areas, documenting an average performance improvement of 40%.
Both a large volume government processing center and a regional federal law enforcement field office chose the “Breakthrough Performance” process to tackle chronic performance issues.

Quality of Work Life
Signature Resources has provided workshops at business conferences on Quality of Work Life and Preferred Employer topics. We have provided regular Quality of Work Life consultation to the U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Office of Federal Occupational Health, and several healthcare and financial services providers.
Signature Resources and the Chinese Executive Leadership Academy, Pudong, P.R.C. co-sponsored the first ever China forum on quality of work life and has been a featured speaker for the University of Maryland’s Office of Chinese Affairs conferences for visiting delegations.
